We’re coming together to use a forum experience to create an even greater forum experience — for ourselves and for the members we serve.
This session will be facilitated by Coach Bob Shenefelt, who brings nearly 30 years of EO experience, including past president, forum chair, and regional forum chair. The goal is simple: learn from each other and elevate our forums.
We’ll share what’s working, what’s not, and exchange real experiences. At the heart of EO is a powerful truth: an exceptional forum experience creates exceptional value.
We’ll also reinforce the importance of structure and boundaries — understanding what makes forums work, and where there is room to adapt while still protecting the integrity of the model.
An open, honest, and experience-driven conversation designed to help each of us become even more effective moderators.
