DESCRIPTION:John Belman is a former Assault Team and Rifle Squad Leader with the 75th Ranger Regiment\, the country’s premier special operations raiding force. He was awarded the Silver Star for his participation in the 1993 Battle in Mogadishu\, Somalia. \n\n\n\nIn 1993\, members of the 75th Ranger Regiment prepared to execute and make decisions when things escalated to chaos during a rescue of a mission that had gone horribly wrong. This experience transformed his leadership and decision-making skills and now consults with various size companies and leaders on how to lead in times of chaos.  \n\n\n\nAs John likes to say\, Slow is Smooth\, and Smooth is Fast.
